We currently accept VISA, MC, and PayPal.  Please double check your currency before placing your order.

Shipping:

We ship orders using UPS and / or DHL. You can track your shipment on the DHL website and UPS website.

There are faster shipping options available for an extra cost during checkout. If you need to have your order by a certain date, we recommend you upgrade to a faster shipping method that is available during checkout.

To meet our high standards of service, regardless of volume, all orders are shipped out within 1 business day (24 hours) after receiving the order. If orders are received on a weekend or a holiday, orders are shipped the very next business day. DHL will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural Route Addresses.

We are pleased to announce that Kamisori will cover any customs fees that are accrued during international shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns must be sent back within 15 days of receipt. The product(s) must not be damaged or show signs of wear or abuse. The product(s) must be clean and all items (including any promotional items, the item’s case, etc.) must be returned. Everything returned must be in flawless condition if a refund is expected.

If any product(s) is being returned, an email must be sent to us prior to returning it so we can reply back with return instructions along with a return authorization number if need be.

Please ensure that the authorized return instructions have been read and followed before sending your parcel. All return parcels not correctly marked as per the authorized return instructions will be refused upon arrival.

All orders MUST be shipped back within 15 days of receipt in order for us to issue a refund or exchange. This means that we must be able to determine the date that the return parcel was sent using the parcel’s tracking information. Please ensure that the product(s) is packaged well to avoid damage during shipping. If the product is found loose in the parcel and is damaged due to poor packing, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

This is non-negotiable and Kamisori reserves the right to make the final call.

PLEASE NOTE: Clearance Items (Specials), Trade show purchases, shaving blades, and all accessories (including jewelry, holsters, texturizing razors, etc), are FINAL Sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. 

Warranty returns:

All Kamisori shears are covered under our lifetime warranty unless specified otherwise.  Kamisori Shears are warranted to be completely free of material and workmanship defects. We will repair or replace any shears that we find are defective or malfunctions. Please note normal wear and tear, unauthorized sharpening, and abused or damaged products are not covered. Shipping and handling both ways must be covered by the customer and is not the responsibility of Kamisori. 

PLEASE NOTE: Sharpening services are not included with any Kamisori Shear purchases. This service can be purchased on our website.

If you are interested in a return or exchange, please email us as soon as possible at admin@kamisorishears.comwith your order number and an explanation of the issue you are experiencing with your item.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a KAMISORI Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, KAMISORI Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. KAMISORI Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, KAMISORI Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are only applicable to orders over $100 and coupon codes are not applicable to accessories (Combs, Cases, etc.). Multiple promotions can not be used in combination. In the event an order does not meet the coupon requirements, Kamisori Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.
